Peel Pool Association Open Scotch Doubles Tournament was held at Dudley Park Bowling & Recreation Club (Inc) on the night of Thursday 10 July including semi-finals.
Although only eleven teams nominated by the closing date the field was high calibre, with finalists being Steve Sibon/Tim Elwin and Nick Mabbott/Toko Tipene.
Due to venue time constraints on the 10 July the call was made to postpone the Grand Final to another date and for varying reasons the Final took place on Sunday 3 August 2025 All Malt Brewing.
The final was a best of seven final encounter with both teams on an equal footing right up to the deciding seventh frame.
Congratulations go to Tokz and Nick for taking out the title 4 frames to 3.
