Peel Pool Association Top 16 Tournament was held at Dudley Park Bowling & Recreation Club (Inc) on Tuesday 9 September for Division 1 and Tuesday 16 September Division 2.
Division One
The best of five frames was played across the four tables with two rounds to determine who would proceed onto the quarter finals. Quarter finalists were Jack Marsh, Ben Doherty, Jason McGuire and Jake Havlicek.
Jack Marsh reached the final defeating Ben Dougherty 3 frames to 2, while Jason McGuire joined in the final by defeating Jake Havlicek 3 frames to 2.
In a best of seven final congratulations go to Jason McGuire chalking up 4 frames to Jack’s 1 frame to be the Champion of the Div One Top 16 for 2025.
Division Two
Quarter finalists were Steve Hall, Nicholas Mabbott, Robert Ramsdale and Steve Sibon.
Steve Hall defeated Nicholas Mabbott 4 frames to 3 to progress to the final while Steve Sibon defeated Rob Ramsdale 4 frames to 3 to complete the final match-up.
Congratulations go to Steve Hall winning 4 frames to 1 to be the Champion of the Div Two Top 16 for 2025.
