Peel Pool Association Division 1 Scotch Doubles Tournament was held at Dudley Park Bowling & Recreation Club (Inc) on Tuesday 5 May 2026.
Div 1 scotch doubles was our third non-match fixture in our winter program 2026, and 24 players teamed up in a straight knock-out best of five (first to three) formats until the grand final round. Ambitions were high and a round of some good competition was expected; close matches were had through top the quarter finals.
In the quarter finals we had some close matches between Julien Reibel / Adam Caldow George Graham / Allen Kukura, and on the other side Damien Stenhouse / Peter Christie verses David Whitelaw / Izaac Justins.
The semis saw close matches between all teams ….
Julien Reibel / Adam Caldow vs Glenn Clark / Stuart Kingsbury with
Glen / Stuart winning 3 frames to 2 and into the grand final.

Damien Stenhouse / Peter Christie vs Keith Carter / Tom Martion with
Keith / Tom winning 3 frames to 2 and into the grand final.
The grand final match was a best of seven (first to four) affair and was a final that raced to a 4 – 0 scoreline completing shutting out the opposition.
