We anticipate a large amount of interest so don’t be disappointed and get your nomination in early via our website Events & Tournaments.
Conditions of Entry
Strictly open to all full financial members only
Nominations received after midnight 9 August will not be accepted – no exceptions.
Competition will commence at 6pm sharp.
Players not able to commence play when called upon to do so will be disqualified and the win awarded to your opponent.
If you have bone-fide work commitments that impact your ability to be available at 6PM sharp, then raise the matter in the comments section of the nomination form online. (Expectation is that players are given sufficient advance notice to plan to be available).
Players entering do so on the understanding that they need to commit to the possibility of the Open Singles being played over two nights.
If we need to hold over to a second night, those unable to commit/play will forfeit their place. Their scheduled opponent will be awarded the win.
